Tecbatch Software Development Proposal
Proper particle packing of concretes could save as much as 25-30% cement for the same strength. With the need for greater sustainability this is very important.
Tecbatch is a unique, scientifically based batching program designed by Tecsoft Pty. Ltd. (Tecsoft) to formulate all kinds of concrete including the parent company, TecEco’s widely acclaimed as more sustainable Tec and Eco-Cement formulations.
The program not only batches to required properties and costs but is capable of predicting properties including durability, strength etc.
A unique feature of the program is its ability to rapidly calculate a wide range of particle packing solutions including deliberately non optimal packing for Eco-Cement concretes.
To further develop TecBatch software, TecSoft requires not only additional funding but also partners able to provide appropriate programming expertise and testing capability.
This could be achieved through the issue of advanced licences or development Partnerships

Advance Licenses
TecSoft are prepared to offer advanced licenses to companies interest in saving money by batching properly in exchange for funding to help us develop the program.
Development Partnerships
As an alternative and possibly an adjunct TecSoft Pty Ltd are seeking a joint venture partner to provide the software development and engineering expertise to complete the project. The creation of such a partnership would greatly increase the prospects funding under the Tasmanian Government’s MAPP Program (Round 4 in 2007).
A joint venture partner would agree to:
- Enter into a confidentially agreement with TecEco Pty Ltd in respect of its patented technologies.
- Develop the TecBatch software on the basis of technology provided by TecEco Pty Ltd
- Allocate to the project sufficient resources for completion within the project timeframe.
Note that the IP ownership of the resulting product will remain with TecSoft Pty Ltd.and that TecEco Pty Ltd have a very active web portal and would market the product.
