TecSoft is an innovative company formed to develop and distribute TecBatch, TecStack and other technical software needed for the propagation of Gaia Engineering and other sustainable technologies.

TecBatch

TecBatch is a unique scientifically based concrete batching tool that, when released, will identify and optimally batch a wide range of concretes for any purpose.

The software is not based on past experience with particular mixes as are many other batching programs. On the contrary, it but goes back to scientific principles to predict properties for each formulation.

TecBatch will be a powerful tool for design engineers and engineering students, concrete reseachers and batching plant operators interested in improving the profitability, versatility and most importantly, the sustainability of concretes. It will be able to model any concrete, including those using the ground breaking TecEco Tec, Eco and Enviro environmentally sustainable cements.

The advanced algorithms in TecBatch will optimise the use of materials, minimise costs and increase profits. It will allow users to specify the properties desired for their concrete, then suggests optimal solutions. Virtual concrete becomes reality with TecBatch.

A User Data Feedback Scheme will ensure that the program will be continually improved over time.

TecStack

Gaia Engineering will deliver magnesium and other carbonates in quantity. It may be cheaper to precipitate these bulk materials as a bulk mass rather than try and cast or press them into shape. This bulk mass could then be broken up with machinery to produce irregular shaped carbonate buildings components. TecStack will use the same basic algorithms developed for TecBatch to calculate packing on a macro scale of these larger building components so they can be assembled electronically a little like we now build a freestone wall.

TecStack will be a powerful tool for builders empowering them to more easily construct buildings from on site materials or irregular carbonate components from the Gaia Engineering process. These irregularly shaped components will be glued together using TecEco Tec, Eco and Enviro Cements

The advanced algorithms in TecStack will optimise the use of components from Gaia Engineering, minimise costs and increase profits.
